launch runs build and deploy in one command. It reads the lifecycle config, runs build, then runs deploy if the build succeeds, making it the normal command for publishing a new project or updated code.

prompt asks before continuing in an interactive terminal; fail exits when preflight checks fail; warn prints warnings and continues; skip disables preflight checks.
