destroy 根据根目录生命周期配置 agentkit.yaml 删除当前部署。local 模式停止并删除本地容器；cloud 与 hybrid 模式删除配置中记录的 AgentKit Runtime，并清除相应部署状态。

该命令用于销毁运行时，不是整个项目的资源清理器。镜像仓库、构建产物、知识库、记忆库和发布流程创建的消息代理应分别检查与管理
